How can i Order
To order a gong from Gongland, the following steps must be followed:
1.
Please always contact Gongland via the following e-mail address: office@gongland.de
2.
We will send you an offer with the price and delivery time by mail.
Please note that import taxes may apply in the destination country.
3.
For all orders, we require the following information from you:

Your full name

Your full address (Road, Postal Code, Location)

Your email address
-
Local telephone number / cell phone number
If the delivery address is different, we require the same information mentioned above from the final recipient.
For shipments to the USA, we also require the tax number.
4.
We will send you an invoice with all payment details.
Please note that we only deliver against prepayment.
5.
All shipments are insured.
6.
As soon as the goods have been handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation/ tracking number.
If the goods arrive damaged, this must be reported to Gongland immediately.
Please send us photos of the packaging and the gong to the above email address. If necessary, we will then retrieve the goods and deliver them again.
